Trial team from Cullen Collimore Shirley secures defense verdict in federal trial.

Brian Cullen and Stacy Furlotte secured a defense verdict on September 22, 2022, after jury trial in the case of Maselli v. City of Nashua in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.  The case involved constitutional and state law claims arising out of the arrest of Edward Maselli in 2016 during an investigation into a reported felonious sexual assault at his Nashua home.  Maselli claimed officers used excessive force during his arrest.  After securing the dismissal of several collateral claims, the Cullen Collimore trial team took the remaining counts to verdict, with the jury finding in favor of the two officers.  It was the second defense verdict for the team in as many months, and their twelfth federal jury trial together.
