Official Immunity Panel

Brian Cullen participated in a panel on Official Immunity under New Hampshire State Law as part of the Supreme Court Society’s CLE on Qualified and Official Immunity on Wednesday, October 28.  Brian brought his 16 years of experience defending police officers in state and federal trial and appellate courts to present the case for retaining immunities for individual officers. Brian and Stacy provide annual training to the Nashua Police Department on civil liability issues and are available to share their expertise with any interested attorney, officer or civic organization with concerns about civil rights litigation.
