Supreme Court appearance

Brian Cullen appeared before the New Hampshire Supreme Court on October 28, 2020 to argue a case concerning access to pre-employment background investigations.  The case involves libel and breach of contract claims against a former employer of a police officer who subsequently was denied employment at the State Police.  Brian regularly appears before state and federal appellate courts.  If you have questions or need assistance with an appeal in either forum our attorneys will be happy to speak with you.
