Trifecta? Three months, three federal jury trials, three wins for CullenCollimore.

Brian Cullen and Stacy Furlotte successfully tried their third civil jury trial of the summer in the USDC-NH this week. The case involved claims of wrongful arrest, malicious prosecution, and deliberate indifference to the medical needs of an arrestee.  After trimming the claims through dispositive motions, the case went to the jury on the deliberate indifference claim only against the firm’s client, a police Sergeant.  Presided over by Judge Laplante, the jury returned a verdict for the defense.  It was the tenth federal court trial for the Cullen-Furlotte tandem.
